FINANCING YOUR PURCHASE
Thinking of choosing finance?
Finance is a fantastic way to spread the cost of your purchase. To make it easy we’ve partnered with Duologi whose smart technology lets you apply for and then complete the loan application quickly and entirely online
First add the items you wish to purchase to your basket. When you reach checkout select the best finance option for you and choose ‘Pay with Duologi’. The quick application form takes no more than a couple of minutes to complete and then you’ll receive an instant decision.
Check Your Eligibility
Before you apply please note you will only be considered for finance if you:
- Are at least 18 years old;
- Are in regular full or part-time employment (minimum 16 hours per week or £ 10,000 per annum, unless you retired and receiving a private/company pension or in receipt of disability allowance);
- Are a permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years;
- Have a good credit history with no late payments. debt relief orders, CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies.
Our Payment Options
We offer an interest-free option to help you spread the cost of your purchase over 12 months. The value of the loan needs to be over £400 and requires a deposit of 20% of the value of the goods.

Payment & Security - Protecting Your Information
We use the latest secure server technology to ensure this information is protected to the highest standards.
We use encryption to safeguard your information and only accept orders from web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers above version three support this security. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.
The encryption technique we use is the highest standard available for e-commerce and certified by Thawte.
Total Processing
All our online credit and debit card financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Total Processing. You can review the provider's privacy policy here. We will share information with our payment services provider only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.
Paypal
We also offer the ability to pay using your PayPal account as well as offering Paypal Pay in 3. Please note the confirmation of Payment will display as Luc Pittaway Ltd, our parent company. Duologi
We also offer the ability to spread your payments with interest free payments from Duologi Finance. Transactions made through Paypal form a contract between the purchaser and Duologi, not the purchaser and Lucy Pittaway.
